We reported earlier today that Joe Biden made the official announcement on the Department of Justice’s newly issued final rule to “rein in the proliferation of ghost guns.”
The newly finalized rule will ban the sale of unserialized “buy built shoot kits” in-store or online. The rule clarifies that the kids are now classified as a “firearm” under the Gun Control Act and thus placing them under the same regulations as all other firearms.
This will push commercial sellers of the kits to become federally licensed and require federal background checks prior to sale, we explained.
U.S. House Rep Adam Schiff (D-CA) applauded the move and called for more gun control following the announcement.
“Ghost guns allow dangerous people to buy deadly weapons with no safeguards,” Schiff claimed in a tweet.
Schiff then said, “I’m glad @POTUS is issuing new protections to keep us safe and taking action to end gun violence.”
“Next: Let’s repeal the loophole allowing gun makers and dealers to escape justice and accountability,” Schiff demanded.
One “Blue Wave” follower of Schiff told him in response, “We need common sense gun laws across the board, including an assault weapons ban. Enough is enough.”

It is likely that Democrats will push even harder for these sorts of laws as mid-terms draw nearer and they become more desperate, knowing that their reign over Congress is coming to a likely end.
