It’s been widely reported by now that House Rep Jerry Nadler (D-CA) was busted on video saying that violence and rioting in Seattle and Portland is a myth. Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) took to Twitter to blast his incredible denial of the very thing many people see as what is tearing the nation apart, bit by bit.
In the video below a man is talking to Nadler, and as soon as it gets contentious a young man appears to quickly guide the impeachment pusher to his vehicle after he likely realized that getting Democrats on record about BLM and Antifa violence is like their kryptonite.
Jim Jordan had this to say about the discraceful situation above the video you can watch for yourself:
“#Antifa isn’t a “myth.” Ask the police officers risking their lives to preserve law and order. Ask the federal agents being pelted with fireworks and projectiles. Ask the small business owners who’ve had their property destroyed.”

We recently reported on the DOJ making multiple arrests in the northwest for violence associated with the protests. Many more have likely been made since our report as well. The police chief in Seattle released a letter a few days ago warning businesses and residents that they were basically on their own after an order to ban non-lethal crowd control measures. It was less widely reported that a judge struck down that ban. This doesn’t sound like a D.C. myth Rep Nadler… We reported in part:
The Seattle police chief has basically told business owners and residents that they need to say their prayers so to speak. A letter put out yesterday according to a tweet from @Doranimated talks about how ‘City Council Ordinance 119805 Crowd Control Tool goes into effect this weekend.
This ordinance bans Seattle Police Officers from using pepper spray and other less than lethal tools to stop rioters. “For these reasons”, the letter states, “Seattle Police will have an adjusted deployment in response to any demonstrations this weekend – as I will never ask our officers to risk their personal safety to protect property without the tools to do so in a safe way.”
If the GOP wants to make their case, especially with the upcoming elections, they need to continue to press Republicans like Nadler, and House Rep Pramila Jayapal, (D-WA) who recently encouraged Seattle and Portland protesters, ignoring the violence, and telling they are on the ‘right side of history’, and make them go on record, either admitting the truth or denying the obvious.
