It is being reported that the White House has released a long list of people pardoned or given clemency by President Donald Trump. This comes shortly after a major speech Trump gave, blasting the Congressional Covid-19 relief bill for being full of pork and not good enough for the American people who have suffered tremendously due to the Covid-19 lockdowns placed by the government.
George Papadopoulos was one of the major names on the pardon list. former Texas GOP Rep. Steve Stockman was one who had his sentence commuted.
It was speculated by Bill Kristol on Twitter that Trump was possibly waiting for Attorney General Bill Barr to leave office officially before issuing pardons, but apparently, Kristol was wrong. A full pardon to former California GOP Rep. Duncan Hunter was also given.
The Hill Reported:
President Trump on Tuesday granted clemency to three former Republican congressmen as well as two individuals charged as part of former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, George Papadopoulos and Alex van der Zwaan.
New York GOP Rep. Chris Collins was also granted a pardon.
The Hill also reported:
The list released Tuesday evening also includes three individuals to whom Trump had previously granted clemency, Crystal Munoz, Tynice Nichole Hall, and Judith Negron, who had been convicted on drug and fraud-related charges. Trump commuted the remainder of their sentences.
Alice Johnson, a woman whose life sentence Trump commuted and has been a vocal advocate for his administration’s work, advocated for all three of the individuals. Johnson was recently pictured at the White House with Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter and senior adviser.
Trump also gave full pardons to four former Blackwater security contractors who had been convicted over their roles in the 2007 killings of 17 unarmed Iraqi civilians in Baghdad. Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty and Dustin Heard had been given sentences ranging from 12 years to life in prison for the massacre.
George Papadopoulos is extremely grateful:
“I lost friends, business associates and even family over the last years. Had my reputation tore up for a while with fake stories and nonsense. But there was one person who stood through it all with me until the end, my @simonamangiante. I love you! We both thank @realDonaldTrump!”

It is expected that there will be more pardons and clemencies to come from the Trump White House, as his final days are approaching without a Hail-Mary miracle in the way of Trump’s efforts to prove potential voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
