The Kenosha police officer who shot Jacob Blake in August will not be criminally charged, Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced Tuesday. Dan O’Donnell reported on Twitter:
“BREAKING: No Kenosha police officers will be criminally charged in the shooting of Jacob Blake. Blake will not face charges in connection with the incident, either.”

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have made loose condemnations of violence but overall have been supporters of Black Lives Matter and most protests. They have also been major advocates in favor of Jacob Blake, and the people who say they want justice for him.
Many protests were sparked after the initial story of the shooting of Blake.
We will leave it to the reader to decide if they agree or not with the breaking reports. We hope this doesn’t lead to more chaos in the streets and that those who do disagree are able to do so peacefully.
Milwaukee Journal Sentinal reported:
Neither the officer who fired, Rusten Sheskey, or any others will be charged, Graveley said during a Tuesday news conference. His decision was based on evidence that could not be seen on cellphone video of the incident, which showed Sheskey shooting Blake, 29, as he got into a vehicle with his children inside.
Blake, who was shot in the back, was left paralyzed. The video, which was widely shared on social media, sparked protests, vandalism and arson.
There are likely to be responses from candidates and elected officials opining on this, many on the left are likely to say there was no justice for Blake.
