Candace Owens Destroys Meghan McCain After McCain Suggests That Trump Schooled Owens on the Vaccine

There has been a breakdown of sorts in the last few days after former President Donald Trump first bragged to Bill O’Reilly about the efficacy of the vaccine.

In a subsequent interview with Candace Owens, Trump really went all in on his praise for the vaccines, giving the left plenty of red meat.

Additionally, it also gave political commentators like Meghan McCain ammo to belittle Owens, a black conservative who doesn’t toe the line on vaccines.

McCain tweeted out yesterday, “Trump schooling Candace Owens with facts and logic regarding getting the vaccine is really a sight to behold.”

“Credit where credit is due and I hate the guy,” McCain added, which gives the whole thing somewhat of a George W. Bush feeling, where Trump is maybe trying to get back in the good graces of some while leaving conservatives out to dry.

Owens was unfazed, however, and shot back in a quote tweet, “Hey Meghan— did you know that the overwhelming majority of people dying and/or being hospitalized from Covid-19 are clinically obese?”

“People like you love the vaccine because it allows you to pretend that you care about health,” Owens asserted, pointing to McCain’s obesity.

Owens then told McCain, “People like me see right through that bullsh*t.”

Clearly reeling, all McCain could muster in response was to tag Ben Shapiro, the editor-in-chief of the Daily Wire where Owens works, in a quote tweet and say, “Come get your girl.”

Owens quote tweeted McCain’s suggestion and replied with a link, “Why don’t you come get this medical paper which correlates clinical obesity to a 113% higher chance of hospitalization, 74% higher chance of ICU admission, and a 48% higher chance of death. ‘But muh vaccine!!!'”

McCain then circled back to the Trump interview and told Owens in a quote tweet, “Lol, I know it stings having your golden God, Trump, call you out on your anti vaxxer bullsh*t.”

Many like McCain believe that conservatives worship Trump rather than accepting the reality that they believe he was simply a great president and generally reflected their views, but aren’t afraid to disagree.

Owens replied to McCain, “You so clearly did not watch the interview and are just reading headlines” along with two laughing face emojis.

“What exactly did I say that was ‘anti-vax’ in the interview, Meg? Also “golden God”? What is up with these pre-school comebacks?” Owens asked along with two clown face emojis.

McCain then suggested in a quote tweet of Owens’ reply, “Your post-trump pro-vaccine interview spiral has been really fun for all of us to watch.”

Owens responded by quote tweeting McCain, “You are slipping into utter irrelevancy and its sad to watch. Do you want to come on my show, Meg? Just say the word and I’ll have my producers reach out.”

That response by Owens set McCain off and she responded with a quote tweet of Owens where she declared, “Coming from the woman who did an entire IG Live tonight talking at LENGTH about how obese I am as opposed to addressing the fact that her hero fact-checked her.”

“You spread misinformation about the safety of vaccines. You’re a danger to public health. Get f*cked,” McCain concluded.

Owens then rebutted McCain’s assertion in a quote tweet response where she said, “Um…An entire IG live about YOU? Have you lost your mind? Try—I told people I was running late to my live because I was responding to your fake health concerns on Twitter. I then proceeded to do “an entire IG live” regarding Guardasil, DTap and Hep B vaccines, as planned.”

After ignoring the final salvo from McCain in the first response, Owens then added in a subsequent quote tweet, “Also, ‘get fucked’. Really, Meghan? So gutter and trashy.”
