General Milley Tests Positive for Covid-19, Has Minor Symptoms and is Vaccinated and Boosted

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark Milley has tested positive for Covid-19. He is reported to be “fully vaccinated” and double boosted. David Berger, the commandant of the Marine Corps has also tested positive. Milley is reported to have mild symptoms.

The presiding advice is that although you can get Covid-19 while being fully vaccinated and boosted, it reduces your risk of bad symptoms and death. Milley popped positive on Sunday for the virus. He is reportedly isolating and following the correct protocol.

The last time Milley had contact with Joe Biden was Wednesday at a funeral for Gen. Raymond Odierno. Biden is likely safe, but many fear that Biden may be at more risk due to his age, despite his vaccination, and therefore has to be extra careful.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin tested positive for Covid-19 earlier in the month. General Milley is famous for his opposition to 45th President Donald Trump and for saying he wants to investigate “White Rage”.

Many have called for his resignation after the botched Afghanistan withdrawal but he refused. Let’s hope for a quick recovery of all.

Many are warning that the “Omicron” variant may get worse before it gets better as far as how many cases there may be over the coming weeks, although reports say it may be a milder variant as well.
