Donald Trump-endorsed Arizona GOP State Sen Wendy Rogers today reported in a tweet that she totaled nearly 2,000 signatures turned in to get on the ballot in her re-election bid.
Rogers declared in the tweet, “Just turned in 1,981 signatures today to get on the ballot for State Senate in #LD7.”
“I think that is over 5 times the amount required. Thank you to everyone who worked to get this done,” Rogers explained.
Rogers added, “You are the best grassroots patriots in the world. Couldn’t have done it without you. #MAGA“
Arizona Gov candidate Kari Lake, who is also endorsed by Trump, responded to Rogers, “Great job!”
Great job!

Rogers’ potential primary opponent, Kelly Townsend, who is also currently a state senator, recently tweeted a picture of herself at the Gila County republican headquarters grand opening.
It was noted in the replies that Townsend was pictured with “RINOs” and “NeverTrumpers” like Gary Morris and Matt Salmon.

In another tweet, Rogers congratulated Trump “for getting a portion of his donated salary back” after he scored the court victory against Stormy Daniels.
It remains unclear, however, if he will get paid as Daniels has vowed to “go to jail” before paying the 45th president.
Congrats to President Trump for getting a portion of his donated salary back. https://t.co/HQBQvq5UJS
