Raphael Warnock Accused by Ex-Wife of Harassment Over College Transcript Subpoena As Senate Polls Tighten

As U.S. Sen Raphael Warnock (D-GA) runs for re-election, he is in the midst of a custody dispute with his ex-wife, Oulèye Ndoye.

Warnock has now been accused by her of harassment after he subpoenaed his Ndoye’s records from Emory University on April 27, including her grades, transcripts, immunization verification, and any disciplinary files dating back to 2012.

As the Washington Free Beacon reported, Ndoye’s attorney asked the court to quash the subpoena on Monday and said it “clearly has absolutely nothing to do with this litigation” and was aimed at harassing her.

In a motion, Ndoye’s attorney said that “None of the requests are relevant, nor will they lead to the discovery of relevant evidence.”

“They are unduly burdensome, unreasonable, and oppressive,” Ndoye’s attorney insisted.

Jack Posobiec weighed in yesterday following the report and said in a tweet, “This @ReverendWarnock trial is getting really intense and it seems like @alanagoodman is the only person talking about it.”

Warnock leads presumptive GOP nominee Herschel Walker by 5 points, 50-45, according to a poll taken at the end of April.

However, the RealClearPolitics average still gives Walker a 0.5-point advantage, as three other polls published since January have had Walker in the lead.

The previous poll that was taken at the beginning of April put Walker ahead by 4 points, 49-45.

The primary is less than two weeks away now and will take place on May 24.
