‘Self Defense Isn’t a Crime!’ Kyle Rittenhouse Defends Bodega Clerk Charged With Murder By Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg

Kyle Rittenhouse recently defended a bodega clerk who was charged with murder by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a case that video evidence appears to show was self-defense.

Rittenhouse declared that “Self defense isn’t a crime!” after telling the clerk “don’t give up hope” in a quote tweet of digital strategist Greg Price.

Price shared a picture of the clerk in the tweet and said, “This is Jose Alba and he’s being charged with second degree murder by Soros funded prosecutor Alvin Bragg for stabbing a violent ex-con to death who came into the Bodega he was working in and attacked him.

“The absolute state of New York. The absolute state of progressivism,” Price explained.

Rittenhouse declared in the quote tweet, “Don’t give up hope Jose, I am living proof that the truth can prevail.”

In the follow-up tweet, Rittenhouse added, “Self defense isn’t a crime!”

As we previously reported, Judge Jeanine Pirro went off on Bragg after he charged Alba, who was forced to grab a knife to fend off a violent ex-con, with murder.

Alba is now locked up at the notorious Rikers Island jail as he is unable to post the $250,000 bail that was set.

Pirro declared in a tweet where she shared a clip from “The Five” where she discussed the situation, “Alvin Bragg doesn’t deserve the title of District Attorney!”

“This case is a microcosm of what’s going on in America today. The victim is seen as someone who should be ignored and the criminal is the one who’s being protected.”

A new video reportedly shows that Alba tried to avoid the confrontation that led Austin Simon being fatally stabbed.
