The Anti-Donald Trump liberal actress famous for ”The Hunger Games” recently interviewed with “Vogue”. Jennifer Lawrence, who is 32, went into some more detail about her politics, among other things.
Lawrence told Vogue that she was at one point in a “consistently emotional mood” after the United States Supreme Court found Roe Vs. Wade unconstitutional and overturned it.
She was particularly furious with some her conservative relatives in Kentucky. Donald Trump’s decisive victory over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election also threw a monkey wrench in her familial relationships.
At one point it was revealed that Lawrence needed therapy, and was suffering from a loss of sleep quality due to the fact that apparently, she just could not get top rated Fox News host Tucker Carlson out of her head.
From the report:
She even discussed with her therapist the recurring nightmares she has about Tucker Carlson.
Lawrence apparently found a way to directly blame her “Dad and family” for recent conservative wins and had “work to forgive them” over a period of years. The actress not only has a disdain for conservatives, but people who don’t want to be political at all.
It has been in our observations at Media Right News that it’s easy to get by in Hollywood if you’re a liberal. Furthermore, if you’re not loud about it, you may be considered ”sus” or suspected of being conservative. This culture may be what has led Lawrence and others to the conclusions they come to about “non-political” people. Also from Vogue:
“I’ve tried to get over it and I really can’t. I can’t. I’m sorry I’m just unleashing, but I can’t fuck with people who aren’t political anymore. You live in the United States of America. You have to be political. It’s too dire. Politics are killing people.”
The interviews reports that while Lawrence was raised conservative and wasn’t that keen on Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump and modern conservatives apparently are not for her.
The reversal of Roe was reigniting all of it. She had not been entirely in Hillary Clinton’s corner, but still found it incredibly upsetting that the country elected Donald Trump. “It breaks my heart because America had the choice between a woman and a dangerous, dangerous jar of mayonnaise. And they were like, Well, we can’t have a woman. Let’s go with the jar of mayonnaise.”
Before all that, Lawrence saw politics as sports almost. But now she’s very divisive and emotional about it. One can’t help but wonder in our view how much fame and fortune pushes people to go far left. It’s almost like it’s hard to succeed in Hollywood or Nashville unless you toe the line of the liberal world order as Joe Biden put it so ominously.
Lawrence talked about many things in the interview including her support for gun control. Ultimately, not all of the interview was about politics. But for the point of our story, it seems it had to be included, almost like the Hollywood right of passage (in our view).
Some actors and singers have pushed back. John Rich, Kid Rock, Jon Voight, and a few others have supported right wing causes and kept their careers afloat. For younger stars and future stars however, it may be getting increasingly hard to be right-wing and famous, or even right wing and not be censored on social media.
Will there be a catalyst to even things out one day? Only time will tell. Many are working on behalf of free speech, but it’s always likely to be an uphill challenge.
