Following Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, he reportedly cleaned house by firing top executives.
According to Reuters, CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal were in the Twitter headquarters when the transaction finalized.
At that point, the pair were escorted out of the building, according to their sources.
Musk has yet to tweet about the acquisition but he did retweet multiple SpaceX tweets since the deal closed.
Earlier, Musk tweeted a message for advertisers on the platform in an attempt to retain their support.
Rapper Zuby replied to Musk, “Yes. Also, Twitter should find a way to compensate/monetisation partner with its top creators. Like every other social media app.”
“A small % create all the high engagement content and keep the site active,” Zuby explained.
Musk told him in response that he agreed with that assessment.
Yes.

The head of legal policy, trust, and safety, Vijaya Gadde, was also one of the executives reportedly fired.
