Elon Musk today weighed in on a story from the New York Times regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Musk made the observations in response to a tweet from The Washington Examiner’s Jerry Dunleavy where he shared the article titled, “After Half a Century, Fauci Prepares for Life After Government.”
Dunleavy pointed out that in the very first sentence of the Times’ profile, it said, “The walls in Dr. Anthony S. Fauci’s home office are adorned with portraits of him, drawn and painted by some of his many fans.”
Musk told Dunleavy in response, “creepy.”

Musk wasn’t finished, however, as he later jested, “Maybe he just loves looking at science?”
Conservative radio broadcaster Hugh Hewitt shared a clip from when Fauci previously appeared on his show in response to Musk.
Hewitt said that he had asked Fauci, “Is there a point where you will say ‘I do more harm than good because people don’t listen to me anymore and step aside?’”
Fauci responded, “No, absolutely, unequivocally no, Hugh.”
Hewitt then noted, “This was the last time Dr. Fauci appeared on the show. Thin. Skin.”
"Hugh: Dr. Fauci. Is there a point where you will say 'I do more harm than good because people don’t listen to me anymore and step aside?'
