Wendy Rogers Applauds Donald Trump For Giving the Liberals ‘Fits’ During the CNN Town Hall

In a tweet today following last night’s CNN town hall, Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers applauded Donald Trump for giving the liberals “fits” during the event.

Rogers shared an article from Townhall that suggest Trump may have even given them ulcers in a tweet where she said that she believes, “Trump Gave the Liberals FITS During CNN’s Town Hall Last Night!”

The article from Townhall highlighted Trump’s response to questions about the E. Jean Carroll civil suit as well as questions about Jan. 6.

Additionally, it highlighted the meltdown that was had by U.S. House Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) over the event.

In an initial two-part tweet, Ocasio-Cortez declared, “CNN should be ashamed of themselves. They have lost total control of this ‘town hall’ to again be manipulated into platforming election disinformation, defenses of Jan 6th, and a public attack on a sexual abuse victim. The audience is cheering him on and laughing at the host.”

“This falls squarely on CNN. Everyone here saw exactly what was going to happen. Instead they put a sexual abuse victim in harm’s way for views. This was a choice to platform lies about the election & Jan 6th w/ no plan but to have their moderator interrupted without consequence,” Ocasio-Cortez insisted.

Ocasio-Cortez went on MSNBC after the event and continued to voice her objections to CNN broadcasting the event with the leading 2024 GOP presidential candidate.

“AOC on CNN’s Trump town hall: ‘I know you said earlier that you will not comment on the platforming of such atrocious disinformation, but I would. I think it was a profoundly irresponsible decision … it was shameful.'”

“What we saw tonight was a series of extremely irresponsible decisions that put a sexual abuse victim at risk…in front of a national audience, and I could not have disagreed with it more. It was shameful,” Ocasio-Cortez said in another clip that she shared from her government Twitter account.

After sharing a clip involving the House Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) speaking to MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell about the town hall, Ocasio-Cortez closed the night with another two-part tweet.

“There is simply no way CNN can feign ignorance about the fact that they set up a sexual assault victim to be targeted and attacked on national television a day after the verdict. People were sounding the alarm about this exact scenario. They let it happen anyway without a plan,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Ocasio-Cortez concluded in dramatic fashion, “This, the choice to platform election disinformation, lies about January 6th, totally unchecked and reckless claims about abortion… they need to take ownership of what just happened. This cannot be normalized. It’s dangerous.”

  1. Yes! Trump advises Republican Congressmen to demand massive cuts to the budget, and let Biden default if that is what he wants. Who but Trump has the balls to show the world that they need us more than we need them? What are they going to do? Sell their Treasuries and refuse to buy more? Great! The recent Silicon Valley Bank collapse showed the American voter how much Treasuries were worth before they matured. Sixty cents on the dollar, depending on maturity date. And the Fed just paid for them in godzillions of zeros and ones, and will hold the Treasuries until maturity when they are worth one hundred cents on the dollar. It is finally starting to make sense why Peter Thiel withdrew his billions from the bank and encouraged others to do the same. It was a trial run for defaulting on the national debt. So what if no one buys more Treasuries? That is one way to get our budget under control. And where is the world going to invest its money? The Euro? lol. The Chinese Yuan? lol even louder. By the time the world economy collapses (I don’t think it will go that far) the US will be by far the cleanest shirt in the dirty clothes hamper, the wall will be built and fortified, the bad actors among the illegal immigrants will be deported or in prison, the good actors will be paying their entry dues in the Army or in some shit job. “That isn’t who we are”. The fuck it ain’t. We have already defaulted twice, once when FDR raised the price of gold and made private holding of it illegal, and once more when Nixon took us off gold entirely. So what if the world bitches and moans? We will be safe within our walled garden. (Should we annex Canada and Mexico? Raw material to the north and cheap labor to the south, and easier to defend.) Trump is the only one who can do the job. Biden is corrupt and a wimp, and RFK Jr. is too idealistic. If Trump can short change the New York City Mafia labor bosses and get away with it, he can surely short change the rest of the world and get away with it.
