CBS News White House Correspondent Ben Tracy, upon hearing the news, first retweeted his fellow CBS News White House Correspondent Weijia Jiang who had retweeted Jim Acosta lamenting that “She was not wearing a mask during a gaggle with reporters yesterday.”
Jiang said, “We have asked WH officials countless times why they don’t wear masks, and they always tell us it’s because they tested negative that day. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have COVID-19, and that doesn’t mean you aren’t contagious. Case/Point.”
