Sarah Eiseman and Steve Liesman were talking up an upcoming interview with a doctor and discussing Covid-19 vaccines for children.
Two graphs were discussed before Liesman grills Eiseman and puts her on the spot live on CNBC. Liesman discussed the idea of “mandatory Covid vaccinations for children” without actually saying it as though it’s a foregone conclusion, and only a matter of time before stubborn Americans get on board.
That’s how we interpret how he sees it in our perspective, not a direct quote. The below graphs show that 79% of Democrats and 23% of Republicans support the aforementioned vaccine mandates.
The second graph shows a correlation between parents who got vaccinated with parents who support making it mandatory for their children. in the video clip below the graphs, Liesman asks the female CNBC host on the spot what she thinks.
She appeared slightly caught off guard but then implied she wouldn’t support it because, after all, her kids just had Covid-19. Watch:

The doctors who the government allow to be the “official sources” for Covid-19 information continue to discredit the idea of natural immunity for Covid-19 being something that can be claimed and used, and they say that most if not all people should be vaccinated, regardless. But the CNBC host seems to put more stock in natural immunity. This rings especially true because her children already had Covid-19.
Is she secretly more conservative-leaning perhaps? Or has this situation affected her personally and she simply feels strongly about the idea of having autonomy for her children’s health choices?
It’s anyone’s guess really. It’s simply not often that an official voice for a mainstream news organization dissents, even slightly, from the official stance, so although minuscule, seemed worth pointing out to us.
