Cuomo Lawyer Claims Early Accuser Was Mad About Not Beating Jerry Nadler in NY Primary and Blamed Cuomo, Despite Nadler Call for Him to Resign Also

Update: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is resigning effective 14 days from today. Continue to the original story:

The online live stream here: https://www.governor.ny.gov/ is of an attorney defending New York Governor Andrew Cuomo against many of the sexual harassment allegations by the New York Attorney General report. Rita Gavin highlighted many things about the report.

She tries to debunk many of the claims against Cuomo and says that he should not be impeached based on the things in the report. One shocking part of the video that is documented by Nick Reisman says that one of the early accusers against Cuomo, Lindsey Boylan, had a bias against Governor Cuomo.

Boylan reportedly ran against U.S. House Rep Jerry Nadler (D-NY) in a primary. She allegedly thought Cuomo’s Covid-19 rules made it harder for her to get signatures to run. She allegedly was angry Cuomo didn’t do more to help her run against Nadler.

Nadler however, has still called for Cuomo to resign earlier this month, despite this new allegation claiming Boylan is accusing Cuomo of sexual harassment as political revenge. We don’t expect Nadler to rescind his calls for Cuomo to resign. Rita Glavin spoke at a presser today and is still live as of the start of this writing.

“Glavin says investigators should have spent more time going over communications from Lindsey Boylan’s Manhattan borough president campaign and AG James’ office…

…Glavin is now alleging Boylan was upset with Cuomo because he didn’t support her campaign for Congress in 2020 against Jerry Nadler in a Democratic primary”

“The Governor deserves to be treated fairly, and that did not happen here, thank you for listening, and thank you for your time”, wraps up Gavin.

Time will tell if Boylan or others such as Nadler respond to the new information here. We will update this article with a video clip of the Cuomo attorney shortly, if possible. Updated clip:

“…She was out for some type of revenge against the governor’s office. You see Ms. Boylan had ran in a primary against Congressman Jerry Nadler, and in March of 2020 when Covid started the governor issued an executive order which narrowed the time frame for people to get petitions so they could get on the ballot. Ms. Boylan was very unhappy about this and felt that that had been directed at her…”
