Donald Trump Goes Scorched Earth on Elon Musk, Shows he Won’t Take Shade Being Thrown Sitting Down, Tells him to Focus on Twitter Mess

Not too long ago, Tesla CEO Elon Musk was going to be buying Twitter to “save” many on the right from censorship. Many of those who became Musk’s fans lately were already Trump supporters, even though former President Donald Trump said he doesn’t want to come back to Twitter, even if he could, now that he has Truth Social. That deal is now dead.

Not too long before all this, Musk “came out” as a Republican, but made it clear that he is a political “moderate” and would potentially support Ron DeSantis for president in 2024. DeSantis hasn’t said he wants to run, and Trump hasn’t announced but is expected to by many, however. Donald Trump must have seen these recent tweets from Elon Musk:

“I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset. Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency.

Yeah, but too much drama. Do we really want a bull in a china shop situation every single day!? Also, I think the legal maximum age for start of Presidential term should be 69.

Trump would be 82 at end of term, which is too old to be chief executive of anything, let alone the United States of America. If DeSantis runs against Biden in 2024, then DeSantis will easily win – he doesn’t even need to campaign.”

Donald Trump has been relatively chill on the Musk subject, but today all that changed, as he ripped him and Twitter in three (so far) Truth Social posts:

“When Elon Musk came to the White House asking me for help on all of his many subsidized projects, whether it’s electric cars that don’t drive long enough, driverless cars that crash, or rocketships to nowhere, without which subsidies he’d be worthless, and telling me how he was a big Trump fan and Republican, I could have said, “drop to your knees and beg,” and he would have done it…”

“…Now Elon should focus on getting himself out of the Twitter mess because he could owe $44 billion for something that’s perhaps worthless. Also, lots of competition for electric cars!”

“P.S., Why was Elon allowed to break the $15 million stock purchase barrier on Twitter without any reporting? That is a very serious breach! Have fun Elon and @jack, go to it!”

Many Trump supporters were hoping Musk and Trump might work together somehow in the future. It’s looking more and more like this isn’t going to be happening, and an interesting feud may be gathering steam. We will be paying attention closely and seeing how things progress.
