At Wednesday’s Fox News town hall, former President and GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump said that he “knows” who his vice presidential running mate will be.
However, Trump said that he doesn’t “see” Chris Christie being the pick after the former New Jersey governor dropped out of the race today.
Trump was asked, “Who would be in the running for Vice President?”
“I can’t tell you that, I mean I know who it’s going to be,” Trump responded as Bret Baier urged, “Give us a hint.”
Trump retorted, “We’ll do another show sometime.”
“Well, what about any of the people who you’ve run against, would you be open to mending fences with any of them?” Trump was asked.
Trump admitted, “Oh sure, I will, I will, I’ve already started to like Christie better.”
The crowd applauded as Trump said it would be “an upset” jokingly and explained, “I don’t see it.”
