It has been reported now that Elon Musk has closed the deal to purchase Twitter and is the new owner.
Musk didn’t wait long to clean house as it has now been reported that he has fired top executives including CEO Parag Agrawal.

The news of Musk’s purchase was released just before the conclusion of Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show and he weighed in.

Yesterday, we reported that Musk tweeted a video of himself ”entering Twitter HQ” as the blockbuster deal neared completion.
Musk declared in the tweet, ”Entering Twitter HQ – let that sink in!”
Musk had until tomorrow to close the deal or it would go to court.
Shares of Twitter were trading near the purchase price leading up to the end of the day in anticipation of the purchase.
