U.S. House Rep Eric Swalwell (D-CA) was apparently triggered by a tweet that U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert made yesterday.
Boebert went on the offensive against Disney in her tweet after the company issued a statement vowing to help repeal the parental rights bill.
“Next year, the woke Disney lobbyists will ask Congress to extend Micky Mouse’s trademark. I think not,” Boebert declared.
Swalwell responded in a quote tweet, “M-I-C-K-E-Y There’s literally a song that taught millions of us how to spell it. If these losers weren’t dumb we’d be screwed.”

There’s literally a song that taught millions of us how to spell it. If these losers weren’t dumb we’d be screwed. https://t.co/qM7E5Rf737
Swalwell is now upset after a Twitter user apparently came to Boebert’s defense in a private message to him.
The user challenged Swalwell to a sanctioned fight and he responded by posting the message in a tweet and claiming, “We have a steroids problem in America.”
After the user responded to Swalwell’s tweet, he posted a picture of the user and asked, “Does @Twitter want people like John Mader (below) of Panama City, Florida on its platform threatening violence?”
“In America we settle political scores through voting. #VotesOverViolence,” Swalwell added.

It seems disingenuous to us, however, that Swalwell can use such charged, vile language and then attempt to play victim when someone calls him out.
