A former campaign manager for Bernie Sanders is pushing a narrative that the radical leftist Joe Biden is not radical enough. In his view, that’s why his approval ratings are so low. Because in his view Joe Biden, is too moderate. Biden’s position on the border is not radical left-wing enough.
Biden’s kowtowing to AOC and ‘The Squad’ is not radical enough. Biden is unpopular because he is too nice to Republicans.
These are our words, not his, but how it feels many radical leftists think of Joe Biden. Meanwhile, in our view, the rest of the country thinks that Biden is simply out of touch and yes, too far left. But there are two different worlds we are living in sometimes it seems like. Below are the approval ratings for Joe Biden as of today.
Jeff Weaver, the former Bernie Sanders campaign manager told Politico: “Will there be a progressive challenger? Yes.”
Business Insider pointed out that Weaver wasn’t going out of his way to push for the challenger to Biden, but he feels that it may happen anyway.
Weaver said that he wasn’t pushing for a primary challenger to go up against Biden, but even the talk of someone potentially mounting a campaign is a stark turnaround from last year, when many progressives appeared satisfied with the president.
It looks like former President Donald Trump will run again in 2024 for the GOP side. It’s not official yet. But even some ‘RINOs’ and Democrats are acknowledging the likelihood of it as we reported earlier today:
Meanwhile, despite social media bans, Trump is still rolling with the proverbial punches, doing rallies, playing gold, raising money, and standing by the next round of elections to see how people vote. We will stand by as well for further election updates.
