Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt wondered yesterday where the hearings are for the summer of 2020 Black Lives Matter riots.
On “Fox & Friends,” Earhardt asked, “There’s never an excuse for a riot, but remember the summer of 2020 when there were all those riots?”
“Where are the hearings for all those riots? For people burning buildings and burning businesses?” Earhardt wondered.
Earhardt then declared, “You can’t pick and choose which riot is the good one and which is the bad one. They’re all bad.”
The questions and comments from Earhardt came after Thursday night’s prime-time Jan. 6 House Select Committee hearing.
Earhardt also said that she didn’t believe that the 45th President Donald Trump was getting a fair shake from the committee.
“Everyone in that room, they’re all against Trump. They’re all anti-Trumpers. Every single one voted to impeach him,” Earhardt noted.
Fox News has thus far opted not to preempt its scheduled prime-time opinion lineup during two prime-time hearings and instead air continuous live coverage of the hearings on Fox Business Network.
Tucker Carlson also weighed in on the hearings during his Fox News “Tucker Carlson Tonight” show last night and called it “absolutely shameful” that news channels broadcast it.
Carlson added that he’s “proud” of Fox News for not airing it.
