Late-night host Greg Gutfeld pushed the envelope with his employer Fox News by mentioning Tucker Carlson while he was discussing Elon Musk’s recent pushback against woke advertisers.
A clip was shared on X and ultimately reposted by Musk, who concurred with Gutfeld as he responded, “Correct.”
Influencer Ian Miles Cheong, who originally shared the clip in a post, explained, “Greg Gutfeld stands up for Elon Musk and says the quiet part out loud: Tucker Carlson was canceled from Fox by special interest groups tied to political interests.”
In the clip, Gutfeld told was having a relaxed discussion with others on the show and said, “It’s like extorting Jerry Nadler with salad.”
“Or blackmailing sports fans by threatening to cancel PBS. The fact is that Musk may be the last man standing between real freedom of speech and the suffocating block of the censorship industrial complex,” Gutfeld declared
After pointing out that advertisers “have no spine,” Gutfeld asserted, “If you don’t believe me, I’ve got two words for you: Tucker Carlson.”
One X user responded to Cheong, “Cue the nervous laughter of everyone in the room.”
