Jen Psaki ‘Thrilled’ to Join MSNBC as Analyst, but her Main Show is Relegated to the Dustbin of Streaming

Recently, former Biden White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted about her excitement to join the left-leaning network that hosts radical Joy Reid, MSNBC. Many Psaki fans, including herself, surely are excited to know that she isn’t completely leaving the limelight after departing her job working for Mr. Biden.

“Thrilled to join the incredible @MSNBC family this fall. Breaking down the facts and getting to the bottom of what’s driving the issues that matter most to people in this country has never been more important.”

Psaki will be an “analyst” to weigh in with her thoughts on the mid-terms and the 2024 presidential election. She will be getting her own show too, but it will be on streaming only. This may sound great to Psaki fans. It’s all in how you see it, however.

Recently, Chris Wallace had a CNN+ streaming show. CNN+ however, no longer exists. So streaming shows may not be that popular, or hard to get in our view, and it may not be too long before we hear about low ratings on Psaki’s new streaming show, although this is mere speculation of course.

At the end of the day, is Psaki moving on to something bigger and better, or being proverbially put out to pasture? That is the real question we think.

From CBS News in part:

“Jen’s sharp wit and relatability combined with the mastery of the subjects she covers have made her a household name across the nation,” MSNBC President Rashida Jones said in a statement. “Her extensive experience in government and on the campaign trail and perspective as a White House and Washington insider is the type of analysis that sets MSNBC apart. She’s a familiar face and trusted authority to MSNBC viewers, and we look forward to her insight during this consequential election season.”
