Joy Behar Embarrassed on Live TV in Dramatic ‘Faceplant’ with No Serious Injury, ‘Who do I Sue?’ she Asks

One of the hosts of “The View”, Joy Behar, had a really horrible moment today. In the face of much controversy that the show is already facing, Behar embarrassed herself tremendously today.

We would never laugh at someone getting hurt here at Media Right News, although it looks like she is fine and went on to continue with the show anyway.

Being that she is unhurt, it might not be out of line to suggest that perhaps this is an omen to the show’s struggles, with their Whoopi Goldberg controversies, as well as having a tough time finding a permanent conservative host to replace Meghan McCain.

We are glad Behar is ok, although we disagree with her politics, and takes almost always. We wonder if someone like former President Trump hurt himself if the show’s hosts would also be graceful.

“25 years that has never happened! Who do I sue?” Behar joked after recovering from a brief tumble at the start of The View‘s latest live broadcast, which saw the 79-year-old slip to the floor after attempting to get into her chair behind the panelist’s table. “I went flying…. I just missed a step, as usual.”

The New York Post opined in part:

The 79-year-old comedian was walking out onstage at the start of the live show when she took a tumble just before reaching her seat.

Cameras captured Behar face-planting on the stage, with the dramatic vision beamed out to audiences across the country.

Co-hosts Sara Haines, 44, and legal eagle Sunny Hostin, 53, were heard gasping before they tried to help Behar get up from the ground.

“The View” moderator Whoopi Goldberg, 66, also rushed over to tend to the veteran star, telling her to “just stand.”

Behar needed the help of Haines and Hostin to get back on her feet, and a production assistant also ran onstage for added support.

Stay tuned for possible other reactions and updates this developing situation.
