Kathy Griffin Says She’s In Coronavirus Isolation and Trump ‘Lying’ About Test Availability

Earlier today, President Trump tweeted, “just reported that the United States has done far more ‘testing’ than any other nation, by far! In fact, over an eight day span, the United States now does more testing than what South Korea (which has been a very successful tester) does over an eight week span. Great job!”

Kathy Griffin replied to the tweet accusing the President of lying about the availability of testing. She claimed to be in a Coronavirus “isolation room” but couldn’t get a test. She also blamed the “CDC” and the “Pence task force”.

USA Today did a fact check on his tweet and found that it was true in terms of raw numbers, although, they said, since South Korea has a smaller population, they ruled the statement partly false.
