After crying for a few days following the seat she resigned from flipping red, Katie Hill continues to be involved in politics on a daily basis, through her Twitter feed. She also recently appeared on a far-left podcast in the days following the election where it appeared that she still had been crying.
Today, she claimed on Twitter that nobody had “even heard about Obamagate till what… a week ago?” It’s actually been over two weeks since President Trump first tweeted about it, but don’t expect the Twitter fact checkers to do anything about it.
She listed three reasons why she felt like nobody had heard of it and two of the three involved her belief that it was a distraction for President Trump. She wondered if “The (poll) numbers got bad enough” or if “he gave up on any pretense of fighting the pandemic.”
She then speculated that it could be because “Obama re-emerged & he can’t stand it.” This was all in response to President Trump tweeting in all caps, “Obamagate makes Watergate look like small potatoes!”
I just love that we hadn’t even heard about Obamagate till what… a week ago? Is it because:

A) The numbers got bad enough & he needed another way to distract
B) He gave up on any pretense of fighting the pandemic & needed to distract
C) Obama re-emerged & he can’t stand it https://t.co/7tzZdcEvne
Yesterday, she wondered, “which scandal” when President Trump implored Republican House members to vote against FISA until the Obamagate scandal can be resolved. It is ironic that she would be talking about scandals, considering that’s how she lost her seat.
Wait, which scandal? https://t.co/VfGNXZXnv8
