The conversation continues after Tucker Carlson posted new January 6th video clips and questioned the official January 6th narrative. Previously, no journalist other than Carlson would say much to question if the story was accurate or if some of it was misconstrued to potentially exaggerate that horrible day.
No reasonable person agrees with illegal activity. However, many feel Democrats took that day as an opportunity to put people in jail and demonize Republicans despite many 2020 BLM rioters and looters never being held accountable. Daily Caller posted a clip of Carlson captioned:
“@TuckerCarlson: “In the process, many lives were destroyed, and some people are STILL in jail tonight…They haven’t even been put on trial yet.”
Leo “2.0” Terrell was not afraid to speak his mind with a quote tweet:
“Justice delayed is Justice DENIED”
In the United States, lady justice is supposed to be blind. Many wonder if that’s not the case with political cases such as the ones of the people still in jail to this day, or those who had delayed court dates despite the promise of a speedy trial by the constitution.
This is what Terrell seems to be mentioning and many likely agree. With big tech censorship, it was hard to even have an opinion like this a couple years ago.
But when a piece of controversial news has been out for a while, sometimes the heavy handed censors have their cat eyes on a different laser. Additionally, Mark Zuckerberg has signaled and interest in following Elon Musk’s lead in allowing more free speech, but only time will tell, as even Twitter is not yet perfect.
