Marjorie Taylor Greene Mocked by Hosts of The View After Apologizing for ‘Holocaust Comments’

U.S. House Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has previously associated Covid-19 mask mandates with the way Jews were treated during the Holocaust. In our opinion, we don’t think she meant anything nefarious by it and was only trying to say that the government shouldn’t force people to wear masks. Many, however, jumped on the political bandwagon of attacking Greene.

After this happened, of course, Greene had two options, keep on rolling or cave and apologize. She ended up doing the latter, and now even the Liberal Democrat hosts of The View are mocking her. Apologizing often doesn’t help when you make what many call a political slip-up, and often it hurts, giving fodder to the enemy. This seems to be the case, and although we don’t take the events that happened during World War 2 lightly, this seems to be more politics to us than anything else.

Whoopi Goldberg: “So Joy, did you feel it was heartfelt, or did you feel the party put her up to it?” Joy Behar said, “wait until she hears about slavery”, mocking Greene, implying that her apology may not have been genuine. “I don’t buy any of it, I think she’s full of it,” says Behar. Behar goes on to slam Greene for calling Democrats Nazis, and says that she doesn’t know how bad Nazis are and needs to be “driven out of Congress”.

This is funny to us considering the fact that Democrats called former President Trump a “literal Nazi” over and over again. The political theatrics here are obvious to us and Greene has lost this one. The GOP will need to toughen up or they will continue losing these battles to the left in our view.

Some of the members of The View did show some more grace towards Greene, but not very much. The members of the show are clearly glad that Greene apologized, but used it only to attack her more and tarnish her reputation even more. It’s up to you, the American constituent, to decide in the end, what you think about this political circus.

Ana Navarro spoke as well, “I’m not comfortable with Marjorie Taylor Greene,” she says before calling her a “banshee who will do anything to get attention”. She did say that she’s glad she apologized though, and that “time will tell” in regards to Greene being genuine. Navarro continued to suggest other museums and places Greene could visit and says that she “got a late start on life”.
