We recently reported on Antifa riots that occurred around the Inauguration in Portland, Oregon and there were also instances of mayhem and destruction in Seattle, Washington that were reported as well.
Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) tweeted last night that he was “waiting for Pres Biden to condemn violence/looting/arson last two days in Oregon & Washington state.”
MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, who hosts the network’s 8 pm program nightly, attempted to speak for the newly-elected president in a response to Grassley.
Hayes attempted to disavow the acts and asked, “You mean the people marching under the banner of F*ck Joe Biden? I think it’s pretty clear he’s not a fan?”

It was reported that protest crowds touting Antifa and Black Lives Matter slogans vandalized the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Portland and broke windows at the William Kenzo Nakamura Courthouse in Seattle.
As shown on KOMO-TV video, black-clad rioters carrying batons and umbrellas as shields, which is a common tactic of Antifa, also targeted businesses in the Pike Place Market in Seattle, breaking windows at the original Starbucks.
When asked for comment, Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki failed to condemn the actions committed by Antifa in Portland and Seattle.
“I haven’t spoke with him specifically about those events but it is something out national security team, Liz Sherwood-Randall, is closely monitoring of course, but if we have an additional update I’m happy to provide it to you,” Psaki stated.
