U.S. House Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) brought the heat today to CNN’s Jim Acosta after he attempted to question her about a Jan. 6 text message.
Greene called Acosta a “liar” to his face ultimately after he asked her “Did you send a text asking the president to declare martial law?”
“You know what your problem is, you’re just another one of those liars on television,” Greene lectured.
After Greene asked him to read the text message, Acosta found the message on his phone and read it word for word.
Greene told him that the text did not say what he asked, although she didn’t recall if she sent it or not, and again called him a “liar.”
In a tweet, Greene shared a clip of the exchange and declared, “I am repulsed that people gladly take a paycheck to lie and mischaracterize me like this guy, Jim @Acosta.”
“I want to think good things about the press, but they behave like this and it makes me sick to my stomach,” Greene insisted.

In another clip that Greene shared in a tweet, she was asked by a CBS reporter about whether or not she would speak to the Jan. 6 committee if asked.
Greene said in the tweet, “The J6 committee, which ignores the non-stop Antifa/BLM riots that caused over $2 billion in damage in American cities, only cares about one riot because of politics.”
“The (American) people are fed up with elected politicians that only care about themselves,” Greene added.
