Last Wednesday, we reported that U.S. House Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) challenged U.S. House Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to a debate on “Green New Deal economic policy.”
Greene apparently ran into Ocasio-Cortez today and later tweeted a picture of the impromptu meeting.
“I’m glad I ran into you today @AOC to plan our debate about the Green New Deal,” Greene said.
Greene added, “After I finish reading all 14 pages, like we agreed, I’ll schedule time for our debate. #MTGvsAOC“

The Green New Deal is a 14 page bill that makes various promise to combat “climate change” and “systemic racism.”
It is hard to tell if Greene was being serious that she hadn’t read the bill. Many liberals have jumped on the idea that she hasn’t read the bill and “all 14” began trending on Twitter.
Verified conservative journalist Kyle Becker responded to Greene by suggesting, “I’ll debate prep with you. AOC: ‘If you don’t believe everything I say about climate change, you’re a racist, climate-change denying fascist…’ Go!”

AOC: "If you don't believe everything I say about climate change, you're a racist, climate-change denying fascist…"
Go!
It was reported yesterday that Democratic United States legislators, including Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Ed Markey, reintroduced their “Green New Deal” resolution.
