Fox Nation host Nancy Grace is not buying Jen Psaki’s insistence that there is no “basis” to say the Biden administration is “Soft on crime.”
During an appearance this morning on “Fox & Friends,” Grace sent a message about the ways that she believes Psaki is wrong.
Grace explained, “I’m so proud to be part of searching for these fugitives because our federal government is not doing it for us and when I hear Jen Psaki laugh about what is soft on crime.”
“I will tell you what soft on crime is. It is a low bond or no bond. It is defunding police. It is not supporting our U.S. Marshals that are out there risking their lives to find fugitives. That is what soft on crime is,” Grace insisted.
Fox News correspondent Jacqui Heinrich asked Psaki about previous comments she had made and she clarified that she was referencing a Fox News chyron.
Psaki then attempted to give examples of her own as to how the Biden administration wasn’t “soft on crime.”
Those examples included funding in the now-defunct Build Back Better act as well as an upcoming visit with NYC Mayor Eric Adams.
JACQUI TIME: "Your appearance on Pod Save America" mentioned "one line has prompted some criticism…'Soft on crime consequences? What even is that?' Were you speaking in your personal opinion or…the priorities of" the WH?
