House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) raised some eyebrows during an interview with Margaret Brennan on CBS’ “Face the Nation” this morning.
In a clip shared by RNC Research, Pelosi told Brennan, “The fact is, is that when I hear people talk about inflation as I heard them there, we have to change that subject.”
“Inflation is a global phenomenon, the EU, the European Union, the UK, the British, have higher inflation rate than we do here,” Pelosi pointed out.

Biden warned at the White House on Friday that Republican leadership in Congress “has made it clear they will crash the economy next year by threatening the full faith and credit of the United States.”
He claimed that they would do so by seeking cuts to social security and Medicare in exchange for a debt-limit increase.
In an interview with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart, Biden also said that Republicans “don’t have a platform other than to tear down what I’ve been able to do, we’ve been able to do.”
It seems ironic that Biden would say something like that, considering many Republicans would argue that’s what he did after taking office.
When Donald Trump was the president, southern border crossings by illegal immigrants had fallen to a very low number and since Biden took office, they have exploded.
Republicans have been sharing a chart that shows how dramatically the increase has been since Biden took office.
Our southern border is not “secure.” It's wide open because of President Biden:
