Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Upstages Ron DeSantis, Wonders why the Radio Silence from Donald Trump’s Republican Governor on Possible Arrest

Republican presidential candidate and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy made a small ripple when he initially announced he was running. Many people in the political world have never heard of Ramaswamy. Many thought that his pro immigration views didn’t line up with the America First views that many hold.

Ramaswamy believes in securing the border like most Republicans profess. However, he wants to continue with legal merit based immigration or perhaps increase it, and many feel we need a total pause into all the illegal immigration problems are sorted out.

This created a weak start for the man many hadn’t heard of. However, some are starting to like the guy and some of his “takes” after all, even if he isn’t taken as a serious presidential contender by most at this time. It is a poorly kept secret that formerly “MAGA” Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is probably going to to run for president too, although he hasn’t announced.

Although Vivek Ramaswamy is running against former President Trump as well, even he thinks arresting Trump like Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg may try this week is a bad idea, and he has supported his political opponent in this regard.

Many on Twitter wonder why DeSantis hasn’t been more of a statesman and offered his possible future Republican opponent help anyway, to make a unity statement for the GOP and because he is also Trump’s governor. So far, he’s been silent, and many think it makes him look bad.

“I love St. Patrick’s Day too, but the ruling party is now looking to use police power to lock up its biggest political rival. The @GOP donor class favorites have been deafeningly silent about it. Stand up or step aside. Stop being fake.”

Many have pointed out that Trump nemesis Jeb Bush has publicly supported DeSantis. Others have accused him of being “fake MAGA” or turning on the man who arguably helped him become governor. Time only will tell how this situation develops.
