In a tweet today, the former attorney for Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, took a shot at Joe Biden and called him a “clear and present danger” to the safety and security of Americans.
“Is it now clear that electing a mentally deteriorating man, who was of limited intelligence even before his dementia, constitutes a ‘CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER’ to our safety and security,” Giuliani declared in the tweet.

In a recent interview, Giuliani said of Jan. 6 “Most of the damage looks like it was done by people that were working for the government.”
Giuliani is currently dealing with the House Jan. 6 Select Committee in regards to what happened in the White House prior to the events of Jan. 6.
Former impeachment witness Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman also recently filed a lawsuit against Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr., and other Trump allies.
Vindman charged them with having falsely attacked his loyalty to the U.S. and punishing him for his testimony.
In an op-ed, Vindman claimed, “I was attacked in a way calculated to inflict maximum personal and professional damage likely in order to prevent me from testifying or to punish me for doing so. In this country, that violates the law.”
Vindman was removed from the White House National Security Council and he also blamed Trump for a delay in his Army promotion.
In the summer of 2020, Vindman, retired from the military and cited “bullying, intimidation and retaliation” from the White House.
