In a post on X, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani wondered why Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hasn’t been given the same treatment he received.
Giuliani wondered, “Why has Georgia and/or the FBI not issued a search warrant for DA Fani Willis and her alleged lover Nathan Wade for using the extra and unnecessary approximately $700,000 in state and federal money on alleged multiple lovers vacations.”
“They raided my home and even my law office and had to drop the case without an apology or compensation,” Giuliani pointed out.
Giuliani then asked, “Who are the fascists?”

They raided my home and even my law office…
Willis reportedly addressed the accusations yesterday at the Big Bethel A.M.E. Church in Atlanta, without directly naming private attorney Nathan Wade whom she hired as the lead prosecutor in the case against former President and GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump.
The USA Today reported that Wade was described by Willis as not only a “great friend” but an experienced and well-respected lawyer with the “impeccable” credentials needed to be a special prosecutor overseeing the sprawling racketeering case.
Willis also appeared to claim that race was a factor in the accusations as she said that she hired two other prosecutors who were white, but that no claims were made regarding them.
Additionally, Willis claimed to be an “imperfect” and even “flawed” human being who makes mistakes.
Fani Willis sounds like a televangelist who has been caught with his pants down. Now this vicious tormentor who shows no grace to her political opponents wants us to show her grace. Nope! Lock her up and throw her RICO case out! pic.twitter.com/QzeOzt1uSc

In November 2022, federal prosecutors declined to file charges against Giuliani, more than a year after the FBI had raided his apartment and office.
