A non-binary Biden Administration official has had a second felony warrant issued against them over a new alleged suitcase theft.
The latest allegations raise doubts about Brinton’s insistence that the first incident was the result of a mix-up.
Brinton is the deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition at the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy.
U.S. Senator Tom Cotton responded to the news, “Re. Sam Brinton, let’s call it what it is: a person clearly unfit for a high-level national security role was hired because the Admin prioritizes wokeness over competence.”

The first incident allegedly occurred at a Minneapolis, Minnesota airport, while the latest accusation comes from an occurrence at a Las Vegas, Nevada airport.
Conservative commentator John Cardillo suggested that “If Sam Brinton stole luggage twice, then he’s done it 100 times. He got caught twice.”

He got caught twice.
U.S. House Rep Troy Nehls (R-TX) said that he believes Brinton “should be fired and have his security clearance revoked IMMEDIATELY.”
Brinton is on leave from their position following the first arrest, so it will be interesting to see if they can withstand the latest accusation.

Brinton’s most recent activity on Twitter was a retweet of a Nov. 20 DOE tweet which came on “Transgender Day of Remembrance” and said, “Everyone deserves to live their life as their full and authentic self—free of fear, bigotry, & violence.”
“Trans and gender-nonconforming individuals are part of the DOE family, and with them we mourn the lives lost and reject the darkness that would erase their light.”
