Recently we reported that the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that using Covid-19 as the sole reason for voting absentee without a voter ID in Wisconsin was not an acceptable reason for officials to use for the ‘indefinite confinement’ guidelines.
They left a grey area in our view of how it would be possible for ballots to be tossed after this ruling that still appears to be somewhat of a win for the GOP and the Trump campaign.
Nevertheless, shortly after that ruling, a separate ruling was made against the Trump campaign where they sought to invalidate votes.
“BREAKING: Wisconsin Supreme Court Dismisses Trump Lawsuit Note: two rulings were issued today. This is the second ruling.” tweeted The Election Wizard:

In a 4-3 decision, the Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed President Trump’s lawsuit seeking to invalidate roughly 220,00 votes in Dane and Milwaukee counties.
The court stated that it would not make a blanket invalidation of ballots cast under the status of indefinitely confined, as President Trump had sought. Regarding other challenged ballots, the court said President Trump waited too long in bringing his challenge.
We will bring updates on the day as we are able to as it appears the electors are voting and will likely favor the Joe Biden win that has been reported.
