THE TIME HAS COME: Ken Paxton Requests FOIA Into Jack Smith’s ‘Corrupt’ Investigation into President Trump

Texas AG Ken Paxton, who survived an impeachment attempt by Dems and RINOs is now showing America why they tried.

“BREAKING: Today, I have made a Freedom of Information Act Request to the Department of Justice requesting records relating to Jack Smith’s corrupt investigation into President Trump. Past Special Counsels, including—notoriously—Robert Mueller, destroyed records at the end of their investigations to avoid accountability. It is not clear why nobody was prosecuted for doing so. This request is part of my Office’s efforts to ensure that Americans are not cheated out of accountability or information again. This pattern of weaponizing the justice system for partisan retribution must end.”

Although Paxton is making his moves from a state level, who knows how far it’s reach could go and if his actions could cause President Trump to bring him into a federal role at some point.

One way or another, Trump supporters want to see some sort of legal and court system action that brings justice to all the unfair actions actions actions Trump and many of his supporters over the years.

This could be the beginning of the beginning of that.
