Pool was asked for comment and said “My comment is the contents of the lawsuit”.

An anonymous source with knowledge on the subject but not directly related to the lawsuit also told MRN: “Because Timcast and it’s various related companies have fired and rehired and shuffled so many employees it’s hard to say whether any particular employees’ contract would still be valid were it not renewed once they were transferred.”
