Trump Responds to Kamala’s Planned Border Trip, Says If He Wasn’t Going She ‘Would Have Never Gone’

Earlier we reported that Vice President Kamala Harris is planning to take a trip to the U.S. Southern Border.

It was reported this morning that Vice President Kamala Harris is heading to the U.S.-Mexico border this week, amid what Politico called an unrelenting chorus of criticism from Republicans over her failure to visit there.

According to sources familiar with the trip, Harris, who was named the border czar by President Joe Biden, will make a stop in El Paso, Texas on Friday and is expected to be accompanied by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

This is something the Vice President has been dragging her feet on doing. Harris and most Democrats are not interested in border security. Furthermore, it is our view that the Democrats see mass immigration as a way to shore up votes. Meanwhile former President Trump had recently announced he himself would meet with Texas Governor Greg Abbott at the border to try to show up Harris and show leadership.

Florida has also announced they are helping Texas and Arizona with resources to work on their border walls and help stop illegal immigration. Now, Trump has responded to the reports that Harris finally decided to go to the border, in what is sure to be a PR disaster for the Democrats. He put out a statement:

“Statement on the Southern Border from Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States.

🇺🇸

“If Governor Abbott and I weren’t going there next week, [VP Harris] would have never gone!””

Time will tell how both border visits go and if anything is done by the Biden administration to stop the border crisis that plagues our nation currently. Fox News’ Tucker Carlson has opined that Democrats didn’t think things would get this bad, and now that it has, they may have to reverse course.
