Tulsi Gabbard didn’t hold back when describing her assessment of how the Biden Administration is viewing the Ohio train disaster outcry.
During an interview today on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” she said that she believes the administration views it as “some kind of an annoyance.”
Gabbard has been on the ground in East Palestine, Ohio for the last couple of days and she applauded the resilience of the local residents.
“They are feeling like they have been forgotten, left behind, and begging for help,” Gabbard noted while describing the situation.
Gabbard said that “It points to the bigger problem that I see here, how the people here in East Palestine and other communities across the country are viewed by those in the Biden administration as though they are some kind of annoyance.”
“Ok gosh, Secretary Buttigieg, finally ok I’ve got to go now because people are complaining that I didn’t show up,” Gabbard mocked.
Gabbard spoke to Fox News’ Bret Baier last night while on the ground as well and offered a similar opinion on the situation.
“It’s no wonder that people here are angered and frustrated at the failure of our own leadership to provide the services that they deserve while they see President Biden go off to Ukraine and give them $500 million leaving the people here wondering, ‘What about us?'” Gabbard pointed out.
