Elizabeth Warren went on MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show yesterday and said that she would accept an offer to be Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s running mate if the position were offered.
“Yes,” said Warren when she was asked on MSNBC how she would respond if Biden asked her to serve as his vice president.
She shared a clip from the show earlier on Twitter where she said that “Joe Biden is going to be an excellent President because he’s fundamentally a good man.”
In the tweet, she says that Biden, not President Trump is the “leader that people can count on in the middle of a crisis.” She encourages supporters to “pitch in if you’re able or send some texts.”
We’ve seen the importance of having a leader that people can count on in the middle of a crisis. And that’s not Donald Trump. It’s @JoeBiden. So go to http://JoeBiden.com and pitch in if you’re able or send some texts—because we truly are in this together now.

During the interview, she said that Biden is “prepared for an emergency.” She claims that “he will fight for every human being and most of all, he’s a person who has empathy.”
The full interview is available below and Maddow used the title, “Warren: Testing, Equipment Two Biggest Failures Of COVID-19 Response.”
