In a statement today, the White House responded to outrage over a video that was shared by attendees at Saturday’s Pride party.
As we previously reported, the video showed transgender model Rose Montoya’s exposed breasts in front of the Truman Balcony with the Pride flag hanging in the background.
Montoya, who was among the lengthy list of guests invited to celebrate at at the White House on Saturday, made the display moments after shaking hands with Joe Biden.
The statement noted that “This behavior is inappropriate & disrespectful for any event at the White House.”
“It is not reflective of the event we hosted to celebrate LGBTQI+ families or the other hundreds of guests who were in attendance. Individuals in the video will not be invited to future events,” the White House insisted.

U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was one of several who spoke out against Biden and the White House for the display.
Boebert responded to a previous tweet made by Biden on November 2, 2020, where he declared, “Let’s restore honor and decency to the White House.”
In a quote tweet, Boebert responded by telling Biden, “You literally invited a topless tranny to flash his silly cones on the White House lawn this weekend.”
“Did the word ‘decency’ mean something different to you when you tweeted this?” Boebert wondered.
