Kyle Rittenhouse faces 5 charges after the 6th and 7th charges were thrown out, which were for the alleged underage gun charge and alleged breaking curfew charge.
Rittenhouse was charged in the shootings that left 2 dead and one injured in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The charges against Rittenhouse left have come in as follows:
Count 1: First-Degree Reckless Homicide, Use of a Dangerous Weapon – not guilty.
Count 2: First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of Dangerous Weapon – not guilty.
Count 3: First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Dangerous Weapon – not guilty.
Count 4: First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Dangerous Weapon – not guilty.
Count 5: Attempted First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Dangerous Weapon – not guilty.

Earlier this week we reported that MSNBC was banned from the courtroom. Apparently, a freelance journalist on their time was following jurors around. They admitted to being connected to the journalist but denied any wrongdoing or photo taking.
Before that, there were other reports of possible jury tampering. It seems this case was so cut and dry for the jury that it didn’t matter, and they did what they needed to do.
