Joe Biden was in a “playful” mood today during remarks at North America’s Building Trades Unions conference.
In a clip shared by Breaking 911, Biden said, “The $2T tax cut, the last guy, what was his name, anyway, the last guy.”
“I forgot it, he never showed up to the inauguration, but anyway. All kidding aside, I shouldn’t kid,” Biden insisted as he claimed that he was just joking on forgetting Donald Trump’s name.
As the crowd cheered, Biden then claimed, “That tax cut basically went to the top 1/10th of one percent of the American public.”

At the White House yesterday, Biden was also in a joking mood with former President Barack Obama as well.
As we previously reported, when he began his remarks, Obama turned to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and declared, “Vice President Biden, Vice President…”
Biden then saluted Obama as the former president claimed, “That was a joke.”
Obama then came over and shook Biden’s hand before returning to the podium, suggesting, “That was all setup.”
It seems that Biden thinks questions about his mental fitness are a joke, even though a January poll found that 48% of Americans do not believe he is mentally fit for the presidency.
Biden responded at the time, “I’ll let you all make the judgment whether they’re correct,” before later going on to say he had “no idea” why such a large segment of the American electorate held concerns over his cognitive ability.
