U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert (R-CO) delivered an epic smackdown to outgoing White House press secretary Jen Psaki in a tweet today.
Not only that, but she also praised former Donald Trump press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, who now co-hosts “Outnumbered” on Fox News.
“The only thing Jen Psaki did as press secretary was prove to America how much better Kayleigh McEnany was,” Boebert declared in the tweet.

Boebert has been celebrating the announcement that was made yesterday about Psaki’s upcoming departure.
As we reported yesterday, it was announced Psaki is set to step down from her position in May to join MSNBC.
Axios was the first to report the news after it’s been speculated for weeks that Psaki would leave the White House for a TV gig.
Boebert summed up her thoughts on the potential transition in an initial tweet by lamenting, “So basically, she will still be working for Joe Biden.”

So basically, she will still be working for Joe Biden.
Later, in a quote tweet of journalist Curtis Houck reporting the news, Boebert added, “Psaki goes to the one place with lower ratings than the White House, perfectly done madame.”

Psaki was asked yesterday by CBS reporter Ed O’Keefe whether it was “ethical” for her to continue her job at the White House while negotiating with a media outlet.
“Well, I have always gone over and above the stringent ethical and legal requirements of the Biden administration and I take that very seriously,” Psaki responded.
Psaki explained, “As a standard for every employee at the White House, I have received rigorous ethics counseling as it relates to any future employment.”
“I’ve complied with all ethics requirements and gone beyond and taken steps to reduce myself from decisions as appropriate,” Psaki insisted.
Ultimately, Psaki refused to deny or confirm the reports and told reporters, “I have nothing to confirm about my length of public service or planned service or anything about consideration about next plans.”
Psaki added that her “focus every day continues to be speaking on behalf of the president.”
