Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway did an exclusive with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures. They discussed Hunter Biden stepping down from the Chinese corporation that had him as a board member, the Democrat primary race, the ongoing Chinese trade war, and the Democrat lead house impeachment. Presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter has faced increased scrutiny, despite much of the press’s attempts to keep the ‘Trump whistleblower-impeachment scandal’ in the limelight instead.
In the clip where Conway speaks to Bartiromo, Bartiromo highlights how President Trump has considered suing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D). This was covered previously by other outlets such as The Hill and CNN.

Getting back to President Trump, Schiff, and Pelosi, likely Trump is pushing to hold the two accountable for what he believes to be an unfair push to impeach a duly elected president for weak accusations and without going through what the normally accepted proper channels of impeachment are.
Nancy Pelosi thus far is refusing to hold a formal impeachment vote in the House, whereas House Intelligence Chairman Schiff has peddled misinformation in the form of satire and made implications that he knows more than he does, as he has been guilty of doing during the Mueller investigation as well. This piled on top of the allegations that Schiff’s office had made contact with the first of two whistleblowers thus far before the first whistleblower came forward, makes President Trump and his supporters smell a rat.
CNN reported in part:
President Donald Trump threatened on Saturday night to sue top congressional Democrats Rep. Adam Schiff and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi amid the House impeachment inquiry into the President.
Trump, who has a long track record of calling for lawsuits against his critics and not following through, said, “We’re going to take a look at it. We’re going after these people. These are bad, bad people.” The President was speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, DC.
Trump said he spoke to his lawyers about Schiff and told them, “Sue him anyway, even if we lose, the American public will understand.” Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, is spearheading the impeachment inquiry.
“And sue Nancy Pelosi,” Trump continued. “Or maybe we should just impeach them, because they’re lying and what they’re doing is a terrible thing for our country.” Members of Congress cannot be impeached, according to the US Constitution.
With so many different angles of the D.C. political upheaval, it almost requires a ‘scorekeeper’ to keep track of where everything stands with wins, losses, and draws in political skirmishes, while the things that actually matter, like results from Presidential policies, or allegations that might actually stick, are harder to make out from the noise. This is likely to only get more complex as we wade into the waters of another historical presidential campaign season where predictability is going to be in rare form.
