President Trump has been much maligned recently for his support of a drug he calls a “game changer”, Hydroxychloroquine. That could, in fact, be changing thanks to an article he just tweeted out about that says a Democratic state representative from Detroit, Karen Whitsett, is crediting the drug and Trump for saving her in her battle with the Coronavirus.
Whitsett said Trump’s comments helped in her case. “It has a lot to do with the president … bringing it up,” Whitsett said. “He is the only person who has the power to make it a priority.” Asked whether she thinks Trump may have saved her life, Whitsett said: “Yes, I do,” and “I do thank him for that.”
President Trump: Congratulations to State Representative Karen Whitsett of Michigan. So glad you are getting better!

Whitsett has tweeted out many times recently about her support for Democrat Presidential Candidate Joe Biden and even apparently helped organize a “pep rally” for him just last month.
